First Juice®-Brand juice beverage received the platinum, best of show prize for the package TricorBraun created for its new alternative drink for youngsters, age 6 to 30 months. The container has a sippy-top cap closure to help reduce the spills. The custom-designed sippy-top cap is the same durable, bi-injected, crosscut, silicone valve closure frequently used for the finest sippy cups.

TricorBraun also provided the hot-fill, eight-ounce bottles with the sippy-top cap closure and 32-ounce bottles with a standard screw-top closure.

Tanteo Tequila won the silver, second-place prize for the spirits bottle created with TricorBraun. The 750-ml bottle has a square base and graduates to a round midsection and shoulder. The neck features raised glass rings that provide a distinctive appearance and make the bottle easier to hold and pour.

To embrace an artisan’s appearance, the bottle is molded with clear rustic flint glass that is infused with tiny air bubbles. The closure is a wood bar top with a cork shank. The bottle features both a silkscreen and paper label.
